This  project involved the reinforcement and extension of an existing daycare center, including review of steel framing and trusses, and additional floor area.

The scope of works included structural strengthening measures to enhance the building’s gravity and seismic performance due to low level construction. The interventions were carefully designed to integrate with the existing structure while meeting current safety and regulatory requirements. A full deep-pile foundation system was designed, to be integrated in future works.
