This  project involved combining 2 houses, adding a basement and extensive architectural redesign to the entire complex.

The scope of works included structural strengthening measures to enhance the building’s gravity and seismic performance and allow the space to be remodeled.

Steel framing and reinforced concrete was used in construction, including a full interior refurbishment to the entire building.
