The project originally involved strengthening and expanding a  historic building in the heart of Tel Aviv.

This project currently is a continuation of the building that is in a state of construction, including an addition of 2 underground stories and steel framing around the structure.

The scope of works included firstly structural analysis of the reinforcement and construction that was done to enhance the building’s gravity and seismic performance due to age and damp related decay.

Additionally, the structural design for completion of the upper stories was reviewed and enhanced.

The interventions were carefully designed to integrate with the existing structure while meeting current safety and regulatory requirements.
